Project Overview

Lauchlan built a robust set of turnkey campaign components that delivered a combination of awareness, MQLs and SQLs for partners in four global regions. With partial funding provided by Meta, partners chose from a tiered set of packages. Targeting decision makers in enterprise customer service, we told a story of a rapidly changing world of customer engagement and why the API was the right path forward.

Objectives

Swiftly build campaign components with messaging that would resonate with partners’ audiences, onboard partners to the program and get their campaigns in market for quick returns on their investments.

Setting precedents

The Facebook brand team’s WhatsApp visual system was highly focused on raw, candid and social photography. With no B2B/partner guidelines to follow, we had the pleasure of setting this precedent. We maintained the brand aesthetic with images of end users connecting with businesses via the API and told a story of a paradigm shift in customer behavior.

Our gateable ebook delivered leads to partners and gave them the opportunity to augment the baseline messaging with customizable pages.

Landing pages

Our full landing page (above) contained the video, infographics, ebook and case study callouts. The additional SQL landing page (below), delivered with the highest package, was a squeeze page, aimed at securing demos.
